Once your order has been received it will enter our processing system.

Gifts & Clothing Orders

We aim to dispatch all these orders within 10-14 working days of being received. If however you need an item sooner please do feel free to contact us and we will let you know if we can get your order out sooner.

Home Fragrance

All items from our home fragrance section are dispatched within 1-2 working days of being received.

Shipping

We only send orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours, this is the amount of time your order should spend in the delivery service system. If you still have not received your order within 5 days of being sent out please do contact us and we will check out for any delays.
